Barbara is an experienced C-suite executive and board director with more than 20 years of leadership experience building, launching and re-imagining businesses of all sizes and industry verticals. Prior to serving as Resilia's CEO, she was a Partner at Framework, a firm that specifically invests in purpose-driven technology companies with a mission to change the world for the better. Barbara holds an MBA and LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors program at Rotman School of Management and the private board governance program of Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. When I’m not at work I love traveling, swimming, hanging out with my family and our dog Gigi and going on adventures of all sorts.

Originally from coastal New Jersey, Ashley has found home on the coast of rural Maine with her partner and menagerie of animals. She has extensive experience building product across nonprofit and startup organizations and has found a great melding of those experiences leading Resilia's Product team. When she's not building product, she spends her time kayaking, hiking, throwing ceramics and volunteering in her local community.

Growing up in a nomadic military family, the LES of NYC is where Blue has called home for nearly 2 decades. His professional experience spans from Wall St to 2 person startups and everything between. He's as comfortable hacking MVPs as he is deploying micro-services across distributed data centers. At Resilia he's focused on developing our value creation strategies, and building a world class R&D team that is passionate about empowering our customers to scale the impact of their missions. To unplug he likes to spend time riding his motorcycle, learning to sail, or bicycling between slices of pizza.

Her prior roles have ranged from deploying microgrants in Uganda and fundraising for early-stage nonprofits, to directing the comprehensive development strategies for some of the nation’s leading arts organizations in New York City and San Francisco. Her work on philanthropy has been published in the US and abroad, and she has served as a grant panelist for funders ranging from the Kaplan Fund to the City of New York. Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Dinesh moved to Philadelphia in 2006 where he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in CS. Since then, he has had brief stints in Stamford, Toronto and eventually in NYC, which he has called home for more than a decade. Dinesh loves a good hike and has scaled many a peak from the mountains of Machu Picchu to Kilimanjaro. His love for travel and nature has taken him through some incredible places across the world with Norway being his most memorable trip.

Jess Forrester, a seasoned “full-stack” marketer with experience in the martech and edtech sectors, boasts a successful track record of spearheading high-growth initiatives in her CMO roles. Notably, at Quorum, a top public affairs software firm, she played a pivotal role in achieving 6x growth. Jess specializes in go-to-market alignment and nurturing innovative marketing approaches while championing intentional, inclusive company cultures. Beyond her professional endeavors, she's a guitarist and a dedicated ice cream enthusiast, maintaining a freezer stocked with at least three flavors at all times.

He is deeply passionate about crafting human-centered design solutions that make a lasting impact. Alejandro holds a Master's in Social Entrepreneurship with a specialized focus on social impact from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Economics from Texas A&M University. With a global footprint, having resided in six different countries, he has cultivated a rich perspective and cultural adaptability. Recently, he moved back to his hometown of Laredo, Texas, situated on the dynamic US-Mexico border.

She strongly believes in the power of diversity and collaborative thinking and is eager to assist nonprofits in generating more creative, efficient, and data-driven solutions that help them reach their full potential. Aside from the nonprofit sector, Angelica loves making people smile, taking on fun DIY projects, and spending time with her family and her dog, Hemmy.

Originally from Maryland, Amanda fell in love with the city of New Orleans during a college spring break trip to rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. After graduating, she served two terms with Americorps organizing more than 20,000 volunteers to aid in rebuilding efforts, with more than 100 homes rebuilt and families moved back home. Along with her love for New Orleans, her passion for nonprofit and impact driven work grew and she has served in various administrative and operational roles in nonprofit organizations, including the YMCA. Her joy outside of work comes from building and fixing things, playing with her dogs and spending time with her husband and daughter.

She has twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has held various leadership and managerial roles for higher education institutions and state and local nonprofits. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida and pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Conflict Resolution at Syracuse University. She is a certified OKR coach, Psychological Safety Practitioner, and an IDEO certified leader for Business Innovation.

Nahja joined Resilia with a proven track record of supporting frontline nonprofits through coaching, workplace wellness program development, and trauma-informed training and technical assistance both internationally and domestically. Before transitioning to Resilia, Nahja worked for the Sanar Institute and the National Human Trafficking Hotline where she developed skills in interpersonal violence programming and implementation. When she is not working alongside changemakers, Nahja enjoys getting outside, traveling near and far, and bingeing the latest fantasy tv show.

Prior to Resilia Bennett served as Head of Social Impact for a leading AI Talent Analytics start-Up, SkyHive. Bennett has a strong track record of developing complex multi-million dollar partnerships with leading philanthropies such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The MasterCard Foundation, Google.org, The Skoll Foundation, leading international teams, opening up new geographies and verticals and as a social enterprise consultant. Bennett is also a member of the Board of Directors for Saha Global, a nonprofit dedicated to getting the cleanest water to the people hardest to reach.

A lifelong Georgian and non-profit veteran of almost two decades, Jamie is passionate about mobilizing resources for historically under-resourced communities in the South. Jamie has worked for nonprofits addressing the needs of women, children, and LGBTQ+ communities focusing primarily on disparities in health and education; in government; and in corporate philanthropy. Jamie loves to learn almost anything and earned a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters’s Degree in Educational Policy, and undergraduate degrees in Sociology, Women’s Studies, and Political Science. Growing up in rural Vietnam, Mai experienced first-hand the effects of the cycle of poverty, which informed her career in the social impact sector. She is a values-based leader passionate about bridging the gap between capital and causes that create equity. Mai spent a decade leading fundraising and partnership development to strengthen the capacity of nonprofits in areas including juvenile justice, education, legal representation, and food security. At Resilia, Mai partners with funders to leverage Resilia's technology, equipping nonprofits with the capacity-building tools and resources to accelerate their impact. With a PhD in Musicology, Sasha has published research on the history of arts philanthropy and taught music and writing at universities for many years. Based in sunny California, she thrives on hiking, laughter, and singing.

Victoria is grateful to have married her profession and personal devotion to improving the communities where she lives and works. Before joining Resilia, Victoria spent six and a half years working at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, where she helped fundraise through entertainment and corporate partnerships. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of North Texas and, in 2020, earned her MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where she also completed a certification in Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible (SEER) Business Strategy. Victoria is a native Texan who has spent the past decade in Southern California. She enjoys cycling, tennis, traveling, and cheering on her hometown team, the Dallas Cowboys.

She moved to NYC to study for her Masters in Music Technology at NYU, co-founded a guitar school, and eventually decided to pursue a career in software engineering. At Resilia, Taihua spends her time coding and using technology to solve problems. When not at work, Taihua enjoys exploring different neighborhoods, traveling, playing drums in a band, and anything music-related.

She joined the Resilia team to oversee the employee life cycle and support a work environment where employees feel developed, supported, and empowered to do their best work. She is an SHRM-CP, and when she isn’t listening to an HR podcast, she is perfecting her gluten-free baking with her husband as a taste tester while her cat waits for scraps.
